I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Mexico, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, with a focus on direct symptom reduction and empowering clients.

My work provides a specialized anchor for women navigating anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, relationship issues, workplace stress, and the profound impacts of isolation.
